BLOOM OF YOUTH

Bloom of Youth is a graceful work from the TRANSCENDENCE series - six paper sculptures conceived as portals to unseen realms. Its title drawn from the familiar idiom that evokes freshness, vitality, and the fleeting beauty of early bloom. The piece invites the viewer to reflect on moments of growth, renewal, and quiet unfolding.
 
Composed of 52 meticulously layered sheets of paper and brought to life through a palette of 26 vivid colors, the sculpture is framed by two layered arches that create depth and gentle visual progression. Within, an intricate floral composition emerges—suggestive of a garden in full, luminous bloom.
 
A harmonious spectrum of blues, purples, mauves, and soft pinks washes through the piece, enhancing its atmosphere of tenderness and vitality. As light moves across the layered surfaces, petals and forms seem to subtly shift, reinforcing the sense of living growth and delicate motion.
