TWO TO TANGO

Constructed from 43 meticulously layered sheets of paper and brought to life through a palette of 28 vivid colors, the sculpture is framed by a singular, commanding arch that guides the eye inward. Along the outer thresholds, delicate flowers and vines soften the architectural rhythm, creating a sense of movement and anticipation.
 
At its core, the design resolves into two identical mirrored forms—twin structures rendered in opposing hues of red and green. Though contrasting, they exist in precise harmony, reinforcing the work’s central metaphor: that the dance becomes meaningful through the presence of the other. As light travels across the layered surfaces, shifting depth and subtle shadows animate the composition, enhancing the dialogue between symmetry and contrast.
