Shipping Policies
SHIPPING POLICY

  • Standard Shipping is done through India Post.

  • Express Shipping is done through DHL / FedEx.

  • Tracking number will be provided once order is shipped.

  • For express delivery select the 'Express Shipping' option during checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time for Express Shipping is 3 - 6 business days.

  • Estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping are as follows
    Asia: 6-10 business days
    Europe    : 6 -12 business days
    Oceania    : 6 -12 business day
    North America: 7-14 business days
    Everywhere Else: 8-16 business days

  Please Note:

  • I will do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but can't guarantee them.

  • Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

  • I'm not responsible for customs related delays.
     

  In case of Shipping Delay:

  • If there is a shipping delay and your shipment does not arrive within 10 -15 days please contact me.

  • Shipments may experience customs related delays, in that case you may have to get in touch with your Customs office.

  • I am always concerned about your package, and will assist you in every way I can.

Return & Exchanges
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
  • I gladly accept returns and cancellations
    • Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
    • Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
    • Send items back within: 7 days of delivery
  • I do not accept exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
  • Because of the nature of the following items, they cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.
    • Custom or Personalized orders
    • Digital downloads
    • Items on sale 
  • Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • The return policy is not applicable if the product is used or tampered with.
     

  Instruction for Return Shipping:

  • If you wish to make a return, first please contact me at scaleddimensions@gmail.com or info@scaleddimensions.com

  • I strongly recommend that you send the product well packaged and in original condition as the buyer will be responsible for any damage due to loss in value.​

  • Please provide a tracking number for the return shipment.

  • If shipped internationally, mark it as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges.

  • Any Customs related charges on returned packages will be buyers responsibility.

  • I am the sole owner of the information collected on this site. I only have access to or collect information that you voluntarily give via email or other direct contact from you. I will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

  • Your information is only used to respond to you. I will not share your information with any third party, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

  • Unless you ask me not to, I may contact you via email in the future to tell you about special offers, new products and updates, or changes to this privacy policy.

  • Any information you do give is well protected. Any personally identifiable information is kept in a secure environment.

  Accepted mode of payments:

  For Indian domestic orders (INR)
  • On Checkout select 'Manual Payment' and place your order.
  • Orders will be processed after payment is received in full.
  • Payments will be done using UPI or Bank Transfer. I will contact you with the payment details.

  • All the products featured on the website are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may not mass produce, share, sell or distribute the finished products. All products are for non-commercial use.

  • For commercial use, please contact me for wholesale inquiries.

  • You are not authorized to sell any product in digital or print form, use any images or parts of  to create commercial  products, distribute the original images, or suggest in any way that you created these images yourself.

  • For editorial purposes please contact me prior to the use of the images.

  • All designs are original creations of Scaled Dimensions, and are the copyright and perpetual intellectual property of Scaled Dimensions. Copyright privileges are not transferable.

  • Art color may vary from monitor to monitor, depending on your settings. This website attempts to display product  images, quality, and colors as accurately as possible. However, I cannot guarantee that the color you see on your monitor will match the actual product color, a slight variation is possible.
