Shipping Policies
SHIPPING POLICY

  • Tracking information will be provided for all orders.

  • For faster delivery, please select the “Express Shipping” option during checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time for Express Shipping: 4–7 business days

  • Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping:

     Asia: 6–10 business days
     Europe: 6–12 business days
     Oceania: 6–12 business days
     North America: 7–14 business days
     Everywhere Else: 8–16 business days

  Please Note

  • I will do my best to meet the estimated delivery times, but delays may occasionally occur.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

  • I am not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

​   In case of Shipping Delay

  • If your order has not arrived within 10–15 days, please feel free to get in touch.

  • International shipments may occasionally experience customs-related delays, in which case you may need to contact your local customs office.​

  • I always keep a close eye on shipments and will assist in every way I can.

Return & Exchanges
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
  • I gladly accept returns and cancellations
    •     Request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase
    • Contact me within 3 days of delivery
    • Return items within 7 days of delivery
  • I do not accept exchanges, but please feel free to get in touch if you experience any issues with your order.
  • Due to the nature of the following items, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged:
    • Custom or personalised orders
    • Digital downloads
    • Sale items
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
  • The return policy does not apply to items that have been used or tampered with.
     

  Return Shipping Instructions

  • If you wish to make a return, please contact me first at scaleddimensions@gmail.com or info@scaleddimensions.com

  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged and returned in its original condition.

  • A tracking number for the return shipment is strongly recommended.

  • For international returns, please mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to help avoid customs charges.

  • Any customs-related charges on returned packages will be the responsibility of the buyer.

  • At checkout, select “Manual Payment” and place your order.
  • Orders will be processed once payment has been received in full.
